I used it to keep pop and water cold, would put the in refrigerator over night, cooler during day stayed cold. The size of the cooler outside is 13 inches long, 10 tall and 6 1/2 wide while inside 8 X 5 1/4 73/4 deep. To switch the unit from cooling to warming you unplug cord and turn over, it has a green up for cool red warm. This is a travel cooler / warmer that I used when was traveling.

This cooler holds a six pack of cans with room on top or tall. The warm setting works too, I only used the feature a couple times.
